Dr. Charles Griff – Medical Director; Board Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Charles Griff has been practicing in West Palm Beach since 1998. His road to south Florida has taken him through some of the most elite institutions and positions in the world. He grew up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated first in his class from Susquehanna Township High School and was a national caliber competitive swimmer and golfer. He then attended Buckwell University where once again he graduated number one in his class. Dr. Griff attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated from in 1992 with the highest honors. After graduation, he did his medical training at Harvard University’s Beth Israel hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. From there he did his Dermatology training at the world’s highest regarded Dermatology department, New York University. Dr. Griff served as chief resident at NYU and upon completing his residency remained on the staff of the New York University department where he was responsible for the training of the Dermatology residents.
After several years as a clinical professor at New York University and being featured in many popular magazines and publishing’s and presented cases across the country, Dr. Charles Griff left New York City and the academic institution to pursue a private practice in south Florida.
In addition to enjoying his professional career in south Florida, Dr. Griff enjoys taking advantage of the south Florida lifestyle. When not busy in the office or with his family he may be found off shore boating and fishing or on shore training for another Ironman triathlon or marathon. He prides himself as being one of less than a handful of insulin dependent diabetics (since a teenager) to compete in over 30 marathons and 12 full ironman triathlons at an elite level.
Kimberly Ciceroni – Educator, Aesthetician and Facial Specialist
Kimberly Ciceroni has a passion to help others reach their personal skin goals and overcome their skin challenges. She attended the Academy of Palm Beach, and has worked 17 years as a certified medical assistant in the Dermatology field. Kimberly’s approach to cosmetic skin care focuses on a continuum of pre-treating, post-treating, preventing and preserving. She addresses her approach through use of topical anti-oxidants, AHA’s retinols and SPFs, as well as educating clients on the importance of at-home skin maintenance. Kimberly is knowledgeable on a variety of topical products and procedures to address a broad range of skin types and conditions.
Dr. Peggy Hunter – Medical Director; Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Peggy Hunter, MD joined PBC Dermatology in 2008 after moving to South Florida. She previously practiced at Macaione and Papa Dermatology in Voorhees, New Jersey.
Dr. Hunter was born and raised in Maryland, just outside of Baltimore. After graduating with honors with a B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park, she continued her studies and obtained a Masters of Social Work degree. Dr. Hunter then worked as a psychiatric social worker at the Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute in Philadelphia.
While working full time, she pursued her post baccalaureate studies in premedical sciences at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University in Philadelphia. Dr. Hunter obtained her Medical degree from MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine. She received her dermatology residency training at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Hunter has spoken professionally at regional dermatology meetings, and has published chapters in a dermatology reference book, as well as articles in peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Hunter is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Additionally, she is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and an active member of the Florida Medical Association and Palm Beach County Medical Society. She also donates her time and professional expertise to Project Access, a county medical society program offering free health care to indigent county residents.
Dr. Hunter has many interests, including running and classical piano. While in high school, she studied piano at the Peabody Preparatory, a division of the Peabody Institute of Music in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Hunter specializes in medical dermatology and skin cancer treatment, and is committed to provide compassionate and comprehensive care for her patients.
Dr. Dana Holl – Medical Director; Board Certified Dermatologist
After moving from Los Angeles, Dana Holl, M.D. joined PBC Dermatology in 2009.Dr. Holl is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and member of the Women’s Dermatology Society.
Upon completion of high school in southern New Jersey, Dr. Holl attended college at Colgate University. During her undergraduate years, she participated in field hockey, sailing and downhill skiing, wrote for the college newspaper, worked as a swim instructor for local children, and was an active member of her sorority. Dr. Holl graduated magna cum laude with honors in English and Environmental Studies and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa society.
Dr. Holl’s medical education was completed at the Medical College of Pennsylvania/ Hahnemann University (now Drexel College of Medicine) in Philadelphia. Throughout her medical school years, her academic accomplishments and volunteer service led to being awarded the medical student Community Service Award and honors in the fields of internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, family medicine, emergency medicine and dermatology.
Joining her future husband on the west coast, Dr. Holl went on to complete a combined internship in surgery and internal medicine at Legacy Health System in Portland, Oregon, followed by residency training in Dermatology at the Los Angeles County/Drew and Harbor-UCLA Medical Centers, where she was chief resident. During her training she was awarded scholarships from the Women’s Dermatology Society, the Pacific Dermatology Society and the California Society of Dermatologists and she spoke at and participated in many regional and national meetings.
Following residency, Dr. Holl was recruited to join the faculty at Los Angeles County, an academic position consisting of clinical responsibilities and academic training of residents and medical students. During this time she served as director of residency education and head of Laser Surgery.
Dr. Holl and her husband relocated from southern California in 2006 to be closer to family. Prior to working at PBC Dermatology, she worked in Palm Beach Gardens. She enjoys taking care of patients of all ages and backgrounds, working with dedicated and compassionate physicians and staff and improving her Spanish speaking skills.
Dr. Holl resides in north Palm Beach County. When not working, she enjoysspending time in the great outdoors with her family and friends.
Dr. John Perrotto – Medical Director; Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Perrotto received his B.A. from Union College in Schenectady, NY in 1996, graduated medical school from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001, and completed both a family practice residency followed by a dermatology residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL. He had the distinction of serving as chief resident both in family practice as well as in dermatology. Dr. Perrotto is board certified in both family practice and dermatology. He then furthered his training and completed a fellowship through the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology in West Des Moines, Iowa with world renowned physician, Dr. Roger Ceilley. Dr. Perrotto has performed thousands of Mohs cases and also lectures to other medical professionals. He is also an active member of multiple medical and surgical societies.
